Going to south America in Feb

I got a month off in Feb from work and was thinking i would go to Argentina and Brazil to have fun and blow some money with Shemlaes. First off i want to make it to the Scala's Gala ball in Rio for the carnival. Anybody been to this before? I have seen pics of this party and looks wild but they where old 2005. I was thinking of Argentina also. Any one have some advice to the best Brazil or Argentina Bars, clubs or brothels with nice, horny shemales would be a great help! Also where is the best place to find shemales during the carnival in Brazil this year Rio or Sao Paulo? Are they spread out all over the parade?!
