Thailand for sure, with Bangkok, Phuket, Pattaya and Chiang Mai being great spots. Pattaya is wonderful for turn and burn ladyboy fun.
Philippines is also great too, and I was surprised by all the beautiful petite Ladyboys there. I also found a small selection of Ladyboys in Singapore, though the bars were very hidden and not in the open.

The pubs, discos and bars in Orchard Tower along Orchard Road are loaded with asian kathoeys that spend 1 month in the country to earn some good cash during their vacation. I have been to every central american and south american country and my favs have been, in order:
Costa Rica, Tijuana, Mauritius, Fiji, Colombia
I couldnt find them in Buenos Aeries and Rio - I TRIED!
