need help in becoming a shemale

hi everyone.i am in south Germany near stutgart.
I am from Asian country.
i would like to and i desire to become a shemale. i would like to know if there are chances that some kind of shemale agency or a call center agency or a producer would make me a shemale and i'd work in this business to give back the money for operations. thank you for your answers.
