Can anyone recommend any hotels in Pattaya that are nice, clean, have safe, etc.  not to expensive and guest friendly to ladyboys?

not sure if your trip has been and gone already but lk renniassance currently have a 40% off deal if you stay for longer than a week running till the 1st of october

its a brand new well swanky hotel and with the discount rooms are 1500bht per night (for the cheapest room)

well worth it in my opinion

you might also want to try www.ritaresort.com also a new hotel with an intro rate of 1200 bht per night... amazing deal
